How is the software acquired and subscribed?

Download the software on the official website (https://www.refoxteam.com/) and register for a subscription via the software or you can get purchases from REFOX authorized third-party.

How much is the subscribed version?

REFOX Bitmap Subscribed Version has three plans:

  • One account for one month: $6
  • One account for one year: $56
  • One account for three devices for one year: $99

1 Year/3 Device version means the same account can log in on three different devices.

Is it possible to cancel the subscription?

The software is non-refundable, except for exceptional cases (the incompatibility of the software with the device leading to the software being unworkable). Refunds under the above exceptions can only be returned to the original payment account.

What payment methods are supported in software purchases?

The software offers two convenient payment options: PayPal and credit card. Once your payment is processed, the valid activation date of your account's upper right corner of the software, indicating that your purchase was successful.

Customers in Russia or other countries are prompted that the payment is not successful, how to solve it?

The order status shows "Payment Pending" after the payment is made, and the VIP permission has not been activated successfully. How to solve it?

Your payment might take longer if your bank is different. To check the payment status, please reach out to your bank. VIP access will be activated once your payment is received.

How to activate the subscription software?

If you purchase it from the software, you only need to log in to your email for verification; if you are buying from an agent or online shop, they will give you an activation code to activate the software.

What should I do if I don't get the activation link after registration?

It's possibly blocked. You can check out the email in the spam.

What's my login username and password?

There is an assigned username in the activating email. Please use the given account to log in. If you log in with your email, you will see an error code (217445): The account 'xxxx@email.com' does not exist!

The password is the password set during registration.

Technical Support

Can it use on the Apple computer?

REFOX Bitmap only supports the Windows system so far. It doesn't support the macOS system.
