REFOX Bitmap - Software License and Service Agreement

Welcome to REFOX Bitmap!

This "REFOX Bitmap Software License and Service Agreement" (the "Agreement") governs your use of the REFOX Bitmap software and related services. Please read this Agreement carefully before you proceed. By downloading, installing, registering an account, logging in, or using the REFOX Bitmap software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions herein, including our Privacy Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.

1. Software Acquisition

1.1 You may obtain the REFOX Bitmap software directly from the official REFOX website or from authorized third-party distributors.

1.2 If you acquire the software or its installer from an unauthorized third party, REFOX cannot guarantee its normal functionality and will not be liable for any losses resulting from such use.

2. Installation & Uninstallation

2.1 You may install the software by running the installer downloaded from the official REFOX website and following the on-screen instructions.

2.2 The REFOX Bitmap software is currently compatible only with Windows operating systems.

2.3 You may uninstall the software at any time. To help us improve our products and services, we welcome your feedback regarding the reason for uninstallation.

3. Account Activation

3.1 Accounts subscribed to directly through the REFOX official website are ready for immediate use and do not require an activation code.

3.2 If you purchased the software through an authorized third-party reseller, you must obtain and apply a valid activation code from them to use the software.

4. Software Updates

4.1 To enhance user experience and software performance, REFOX may periodically provide updates, which may include patches, modifications, feature enhancements, or new versions.

4.2 REFOX reserves the right to discontinue support for older versions of the software upon the release of a new version. Users are encouraged to regularly check for and install the latest updates.

5. Privacy Policy

REFOX is committed to protecting your personal information. By using our software and services, you consent to the collection, use, and protection of your information as described in this policy.

5.1 Information We Collect: This may include your name, contact details, country, payment information, and other data related to your use of the software.

5.2 Use of Information: We may use your personal information to:

6. Order Cancellation & Refunds

All subscriptions are final, and refunds are generally not provided. An exception may be made only if the REFOX Bitmap software is fundamentally incompatible with your device and cannot be used, as reasonably determined by REFOX. Any approved refund will be issued solely to the original method of payment.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 REFOX retains all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights in the REFOX Bitmap software. Any third-party circuit diagrams included in the software remain the property of their respective owners, and their use is subject to any applicable third-party restrictions.

7.2 The software, its code, content, data, bitmaps, and related materials are the exclusive property of REFOX. Your subscription grants you only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software as permitted herein. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7.3 You may not use the REFOX name, logo, or trademarks for any purpose outside the normal operation of the software without our prior written consent.

8. Service Availability & Force Majeure

8.1 Service quality, including login success and page loading speeds, can be affected by factors such as network stability and bandwidth, which are beyond our control.

8.2 REFOX shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events of Force Majeure. These include unforeseeable, insurmountable, and unavoidable events such as natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes), social disturbances, wars, government actions, or widespread network failures. In the event of such circumstances, our obligations under this Agreement will be suspended for the duration of the event.
